HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

HR ASSISTANT needed in a Human Resources Department in Rancho Cordova at a large non-profit organization in the Sacramento area. This is a great opportunity to join a strong effort to assist others in the community and be a part of a growing Human Resource Department. This is an immediate position, for the right person.   

Responsibilities:

• Support a wide variety of duties for the Human Resources Department.

• Performs high volume data entry of sensitive and confidential documents

• Filing of forms, documents, etc.

• Customer service skills required

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, principles, practices, and procedures within a business environment.

• Associate Degree in a related field, two years of additional professional experience may substitute for the required education.

• Excellent time management.

• Proficient computer skills and data entry.

• Strong communication skills.

Pay Range $25 to $27

Must be able to potentially clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and or LIVE SCAN clearance, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.  Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters.
