ATTENDANCE CLERK

Attendance/Enrollment Clerk will be needed in the Sacramento region for a well-known accredited organization in the educational field. This position is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to work for a locally owned company that provides excellence in education for students K-12. Full time, temp to hire with excellent benefits.  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a variety of attendance records, schedules, and files to document activities.

• Notify parents and/or guardians of Scholar absences to meet County, State & Federal requirements. 

• Prepare attendance-related reports & written materials.

• Process discrepancy notices, correct errors in attendance reports, change unverified absences to unexcused.

• Respond to inquiries from staff, students, parents, and other school officials.

• Assist in developing & implementing strategies to improve attendance & punctuality.

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of Mac computers, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities.

• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Work in a team-oriented environment.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.  Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.  River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
