ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistant with strong compliance needed for a growing and busy Non-Profit client in the Roseville area. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the person who can prove successful, in this role. This is an urgent need and our Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.
Duties include:

Oversee, coordinate, and monitor compliance program
-
Recommend solutions and follow up for any compliance issues
-
Assure and coordinate resources on effectiveness of compliance plan
-
Assure development of annual compliance plan
-
Chair the compliance and ethics committees
-
Act as HIPAA Privacy Officer
-
Serve as resource and member programs on healthcare laws, regulations, and internal auditing
-
Monitor operation of company's anonymous compliance hotline
-
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
-
Minimum of two (2) years Administrative support.
-
Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite, with strong MS Excel.

Typing of 45 WPM
-
Previous experience in a compliance role
-
Ability to learn quickly, be organized, with strong attention to detail.
Pay Range: $24-$25
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
